Digital Delivery Policy

All Betrix Business Systems products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped. Please review this policy to understand how access is delivered after purchase.

1. Delivery Method

Upon successful completion of your purchase, access to the system is delivered digitally via a confirmation email and/or an access link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

2. What You Receive Access To

The buyer receives digital access to the Betrix HVAC Technician System, including the system access page, structured phase materials, linked resources, templates, checklists, and related system content. Access is provided through secure digital links and supported third-party hosting or delivery platforms where applicable.

3. Delivery Timing

Access is typically granted immediately or within a short time following purchase confirmation. If you have not received your access link within 24 hours, contact support@betrix.systems.

4. Access Requirements

A valid email address and internet connection are required to receive and use your access. Betrix is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout or spam filtering by your email provider.

5. Non-Transferable Access

Access granted is for individual use only and may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned without written permission from Betrix Business Systems.
